Serenity
Long and relaxing . . . nearly melodic at times . . .
I daydreamed, gazing up into a painted sky . .
and there I flew against the sublime horizon . .
an ocean of dreams lay before me . . .
on and on . . . eternally
beauty and melody . . .
winged stars . . .
reflected in my soul . .
harmonious was the song from the heavens . . .
as the angels spilled the music of serenity
around me . .
and though there were trials and tribulations
like a fire around . . .
I was not burned . . .
